Computer Tutor is there when you need us! We offer on-demand remote support software, a safe, reliable technique used to troubleshoot your system from anywhere.
Once your remote support sessions ends, Computer Tutor can only gain access when invited (future fixes).
You get the ultimate in privacy and peace of mind.
Steps to Access Remote Support
1. Click the REMOTE SUPPORT button above.
2. Accept “Open Executable File” if it asks you to. Click OK. This is 100% safe to do.
3. Download (computertutor-setup.msi) and install.
Note: The window will disappear for a few seconds, then come back
up.
4. Select your specialist by typing in computertutor@live.ca
5. Click on the “unattended access” tab.
6. On the right hand side of the window, type in any comments you have, then click on 'Start Session.'
7. Enter contact info in all applicable fields. Repeat clients please confirm information is still accurate.
8. Click on 'Start Session' on the right side of the window.
9. Click on “Agree to Terms”, and we are ready to start, Computer Tutor will be able to connect to your system in order to to help you.
Once we have completed working with your system, we log out and confirm we have done so with you. We cannot log back in again without your permission.
